Ard VDL Unlimited, starting this 2005 season with the 4 y`old showjumping classes. When he left VDL`s yard, they tried him again and said that he was as good as any horse they have, WOW.
His pedigree Ard VDL Unlimited is similarly bred to the Champion stallion `Orame` who was champion if the stallion Selection in Den Bosh at the age of 3. He was also Champion of the Stallion Test . Orame was the first stallion ever to win both. Orame, like Unlimited, is by Indoctro and share the same grandmother `Aluette`.
His dam, Evita is a half sister to the dam of Orame, while Orame`s dam is by Ramiro Z, Evita`s is by Cor de la Bryere. Cor de la Bryere has proven to suit Irish breeding so well through his successful son Cavalier Royale. And this cross with Indoctro gives us three strong lines of Cor de la Bryere through Ard VDL Unlinited`s pedigree.
Unlimited (No Limit x Peter Pan) - Unlimited`s sire No Limit, is a son of the influential Holsteiner stallion Indoctro (Capitol I x Caletto II x Calypso I) out of the mare Jante (Purioso x Legaat x Garant x Lucky Boy xx). The star mare Olianta is known as the mother of Unlimited. Olianta descends from the international jumping stallion Peter Pan (Pilot x Domino x Furioso II). Grandmother Kerianta is, just like Marcel Willems` international showjumper Caicos, a product of the combination Nimmerdor x Orthos.
