As a competition horse Kannan is a horse with tremendous power and scope, a jumping stallion with an excellent temperament. From a young age Kannan showed signs of being a star as six year old he won the 6 year old Belgium classic circuit, the following year he would became Belgium champion at just 7 years of age. Kannan has had many successes at international level that includes winning the Deauville Grand Prix among many other great results. Kannan along with his rider Michel Hecart represented France on many occasions being a member of the winning French nation cups teams numerous times including the jumping the only double clear at the La Baule nations cup as a nine year old.
Kannan has been incredibly popular with breeders and attracts 100`s of the finest breeding mare`s every year. Progeny of Kannan are regularly seen in the showjumping rings of the world`s largest shows, some of Kannan`s offspring includes Bridget, Molly Malone, Dazzle II and Kismet. Kannan is also the sire of Nino Des Buissonnetes winner of the individual gold medal at the London 2012 olympics

The motherline of Kannan is equally impressive his damn Cemeta is a daughter of KWPN stallion of the century Nimmerdor, who jumped at grand prix level with Albert Voorn combing this with a career as a breeding stallion producing some outstanding showjumpers that includes Heartbreak, N-Aldato, Ahorn and many others. As well as Kannan Cemeta is also the mother of Gideon who is a winner at international level.
