Nupilot comes from the Pilot-family. Pilot, together with Polydor, is one of the best Westphalian progenitors in the `80s and `90s. His offspring such as PS Priamos, Showtime and Pirol IV belonged to the world top. Nupilot`s sire, Pro Pilot I, is a direct son of Pilot out of one of the better Westphalian jumping lineages. Dam of Pro Pilot I, Weica (Weinberg) is also sister to the stallion Phantom (Pilot), who jumped at international level and amongst others represented Germany in the `91 La Baule European Championships.

Nupilot`s dam Ciduma is a daughter of Notaris, a son of Courville xx, who produced many good sport horses such as the international showjumpers Cracker Jack, Eldorado (V�ronique Whitaker), Edison (Jur Vrieling), Hilton (Michael Whitaker) and Argelith`s Piccolino (Ren� Tebbel). Highly interesting in Nupilot`s pedigree is the fact that his granddam Palissander, like Notaris, also descends from Courville xx. Particularly because Courville xx is considered the best thoroughbred sire ever in the Netherlands. He acquired this status because he consistently passed on his fantastic jumping genes, which can return in the products of his sons Jasper, Renville and Notaris. The dam`s lineage goes back through the worthy Trakehner stallion Trait d`Union to the Groninger mare Ciduma, who doubles the blood of Gambo three times.
