MONTREUX

Wauseon - With Narcos II, Landgraf I, Calvados, Voltaire and the Sophia Bella lineage, Montreux carries the best of European jumping blood. After Montreux had been licensed at a young age by the SBS, at seven years old he was also registered for stud duty at the KWPN on grounds of his sporting achievements. Grandam Bonnettte (Nimmerdor) is a full sister of the international show jumper Drummer from Emile Hendrix. Both descend from the �prestatie� mare Palette (Erdball xx x Markies x Tamboer). Bonnette is also registered as dam to the NRPS stallion Climax (Concorde).

Wontreux - In Wontreux�s pedigree the blood of the well-known �prestatie� mare Sophia Bella (Pantheon xx) out of NL dam line 050 appears twice. Sophia Bella guarantees the handing down of jumping potential. In combination with Master, she produced the international eventing horse Heerle�s Triple and with Voltaire, the international show jumpers Hallo Hallo and Play it Again. The latter took part in the Atlanta Olympics with Ian Millar. Both sire Montreux and dam Izmira Bella go straight back in line to Sophia Bella. Earlier, Izmira Bella brought forth the very promising show jumping stallion Patrick (Holland).
