Dutch Warmblood Horses
Totilas - Dutch Warmblood Stallion, registered with the KWPN stud book Totilas is one of the most succesfull dressage horses of all time, three times world champion and holder of multiple world records. Sired by Gribaldi out of Dutch warmblood elite mare Lominka who is a daughter of Glendale. Totilas was competed by Dutch rider Edward Gal at the highest level, below you can watch Edward Gal and Totilas in action in the World Record Breaking Freestyle Test at Olympia horse show. At the beginning of the century the Dutch warmblood horse breed was a much heavier horse breed, below you can see Domburg a Dutch stallion born 1916 over the following decades thoroughbred blood was used to improve the breed.

WESTCOAST WARMBLOODS was born out of my family`s long association with the Westfalian area in Germany studying the breeding of these fine horses. We own top licensed German bred stallions and this has overflowed into the areas of breeding, training and management. We have associates in Germany who can help us to find horses with real potential. Three of our stallions were under contract to the German State Stud at Warendorf for their formative years.Here at Ladner we now have CLARENCE an exciting young Westfalian graded pony with exceptional paces. He is easy to ride with an engaging temperament. We have also imported two well bred pony mares each with outstanding movement. These ponies together with State Premium Rhinelander mare Edelkind are intended to be our foundation breeding stock.
