Oleksandr Onishchenko Romanowytsch March 31 1969 at Matveyev Kurgan, Rostov Oblast , USSR ) is a Ukrainian billionaire, equestrian patron and Olympic athletes. In 1990, Onishchenko graduated at the Higher Military Academy of Logistics. He was then in the energy sector. Onishchenko earned with the natural gas trading company Orion Kiev billion.
