Corofino
Corofino is a stallion who is a son of Corrado I who was a very successful showjumping horse competed by German rider Franke Sloothaak, with wins in many grand prix`s and world cup competitions including the Aachen grand prix. Through Corrado I, Corofina has a number of proven sport horses as siblings, these include olympic stallion Clinton, and international showjumpers Coriano and Indorado. .
As a sport horse himself, Corofino scored 10 for jumping at his grading , he was competed by rider Bo Kristoffersen and Valerio Sozzi, winning a number of international classes in his jumping career. As a breeding sire Corofina has produced many excellent showjumpers these include Chatman, Capriola, Corofina as well as the stallion Russel who was jumped by British showjumper Nick Skelton who took the stallion to the olympic games in China.

The dam`s line goes back via the sport progenitors Corofino I, Landgraf I, Cabinett I, Cottage Son xx and Kalif to the well-known stallion-producing dam Gimara (Ludwig) from Holstein lineage 579. Gimara is also dam of the stallions Corporal (Cottage Son xx), Kosak (Korenbleem xx) and Ludolf (Lohengrin).
