Edward Gal usually rides seven or eight horses a day. Edward and Nicole spend mornings together training the horses. Nicole coaches Edward on horses needing extra attention, for example, those going to a show, clinic, or exhibition. Starting at noon, Nicole teaches students who travel to Harskamp to train with her. In addition, Nicole manages the barn and handles everything from scheduling vet and farrier appointments to planning shows to managing the staff. Edward spends most of his day training his horses and teaching several students.

Rolf-Goran Bengtsson, born June 2, 1962 in Lund Sweden, Rolf-Goran Bengtsson began riding at a young age and won two junior gold medals riding ponies. Rolf-Goran Bengston won his first grand prix in 1996 at Gothenburg riding Paradiso Rolf Goran Bengston was stable rider for the successful dutch rider & horse dealer Jan Tops where he very successfully competed the lovely mare Isover Pialotta.

Piggy’s first big wins came in 1996 with her Junior horse, Lloyds Gamble, but it was Rebecca Finch’s Flintlock II, ‘a proper hunter type and not put on this earth to do a 4*’ who was her real breakthrough horse and who took Piggy to her first Badminton in 2003. He was also her team gold medal winning horse at the Young Rider European Championships in 2001 where they finished fourth individually.

Eric Lamaze was a very successful junior and hunter rider, working with a number of top trainers including George Morris, Roger Deslauriers, Hugh Graham and Jay Hayes. His own natural eye for distance has made him very effective since entering the Grand Prix ring in 1992. Just one year later, he was named to the Canadian equestrian showjumping team.

During 2006, she a judge on the BBC Only Fools on Horses series which was held to benefit Sport Relief. She is an expert polo player and often plays for the Apes Hill Polo team in Barbados, where she lives.

Frankie Dettori is the retained jockey for the Godolphin racing stables, and is well-known for his distinctive "flying dismounts". Lanfranco "Frankie" Dettori, MBE (born 15 December 1970 in Milan) is an Italian horse racing jockey and celebrity. He is the son of Sardinian jockey Gianfranco Dettori, who was a prolific winner in Italy. Also known as real name Lanfranco Dettori in non-English speaking countries.

Steve Guerdat, the young Swiss rider (28 years old in 2010) from the canton of Jura, already has an impressive track record going for him. At the European Championships in 2003, he won both a bronze and silver medal and in 2005 he placed 6th and 7th individually. As part of the Swiss team, he was 5th at the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004. In Beijing he placed 4th with the Swiss team and 9th individually. Like his father, 20 years before in Los Angeles, Steve finished in 6th place at the World Cup finals in Las Vegas with Isovlas Pialotta in 2005 and just missed a podium place due to a mistake.

Carl Hester was raised on the tiny Channel island of Sark. Once a year the whole island gets together for the Sark horse show. This tradition still remains and the horse show weekend has now become an annual pilgrimage for Carl Hester and his friends.
